By browsing the Site and/or placing an order, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
Please read this document carefully before using the Site or making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are invited not to use the Site.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on the Site and apply to subsequent sales.
Account Registration
Some features (such as placing an order) may require user account creation. In such cases, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Use of the Site is limited to users 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Ordering Procedure
To place an order on Chroma Shop, the customer must select the desired products, add them to the cart, and provide the necessary shipping and payment details.
Before final confirmation, a summary of the order will be displayed, including total costs (shipping and applicable taxes). Once the order is submitted, the customer will receive a confirmation email—this represents the acceptance of the order and the conclusion of the sales contract.
We reserve the right to reject an order (e.g., due to incorrect shipping information, suspected fraud, unavailable products, or other legitimate reasons). In such cases, we will notify the customer promptly and issue a refund if payment has already been made.
Products & Availability
Products listed on Chroma Shop are described as accurately as possible on their respective product pages.
However, images and colors may appear slightly different in reality due to screen settings or printing processes. Such variations do not constitute defects but are normal for made-to-order production.
All products are subject to the availability of materials and supplier inventory (e.g., specific t-shirt styles, colors, or sizes). Since items are produced on demand, we do not maintain a traditional warehouse. In rare cases, a specific variant may be temporarily unavailable. We reserve the right to contact the customer to offer an alternative or cancel the unavailable portion of the order with a full refund.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR). For EU customers, prices are inclusive of VAT under the applicable rate.
Shipping costs and any additional charges (e.g., international duties or surcharges) are calculated and shown at checkout. We accept secure payment methods, including major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and others as listed on the Site.
Payments are charged at the time of purchase. Payment details are processed securely; Chroma Shop does not store sensitive credit card information.
In the event of failed payment or technical errors, the order will not be processed until payment is resolved.
💬 Pricing Errors: In rare cases where a product is listed at an incorrect price (e.g., due to a technical error), we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order. You will be informed and may choose whether to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
Made-to-Order Production & Fulfillment
Chroma Shop operates with an on-demand production model. Every item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed, through specialized print partners.
Total fulfillment time includes both production (typically a few days) and shipping. Estimated timelines are listed in our Shipping & Delivery section and may vary depending on the product and season.
We are committed to delivering within 30 days from order confirmation, as required by EU distance selling regulations. If we are unable to deliver within this timeframe, you have the right to request fulfillment or cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Risk of loss or damage is our responsibility until delivery.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information and track their orders using the tracking number provided via email.
Delays or disruptions due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics) will be communicated, and we will do our best to deliver as soon as possible under the circumstances.
Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)
Under Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code, online customers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase contract.
However, this right does NOT apply to custom-made or clearly personalized goods (Article 59, para. 1, letter c of the Consumer Code). Since most Chroma Shop products are made to order, you cannot return items simply due to change of mind or incorrect selections.
Customers are informed of this exclusion at checkout. That said, we encourage you to contact us with any concerns—we care about your satisfaction and will evaluate solutions on a case-by-case basis.
Returns & Refund Policy

In summary:

No returns or exchanges are accepted for change of mind or mistaken orders (due to the custom nature of our products).

Returns for defective or incorrect items are accepted, and customers are entitled to a free replacement or full refund. Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery with appropriate documentation (e.g., photos).

Return procedures (if required) must be authorized by our customer support. Do not send items back without instructions.
If we offer non-custom items in the future, the standard 14-day withdrawal policy will apply, subject to return in original condition. Any such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
Legal Warranty of Conformity
All products sold on Chroma Shop are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity under Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code. This ensures your right to remedies for defective or non-compliant items within 24 months of delivery.
You must report any defect within 2 months of discovery. If confirmed, we will offer:

Replacement at no cost, or

A refund (full or partial) if the other remedies are not feasible.
This warranty only covers original manufacturing or conformity defects and does not apply to:

This legal guarantee does not affect any commercial warranties that may be provided in addition.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to offer reliable service, Chroma Shop shall not be liable for:

Delays or failures due to force majeure.
Our total liability is limited to the order value in question.
The Site is provided “as is.” While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information (prices, availability, descriptions) is error-free.
We reserve the right to correct any errors even after an order is placed, offering the customer the choice to confirm or cancel the corrected order.

Intellectual Property

Unauthorized use of content is strictly prohibited, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation.
Purchasing a product does not grant you any rights to commercially exploit the associated designs or trademarks.
Any third-party names or marks mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are cited for descriptive purposes only.

Chroma Shop may assign or delegate its contractual rights and obligations to third parties (e.g., for order fulfillment or payment processing), but will remain responsible to the customer under these Terms.
Customers may not assign or transfer their rights without prior written consent from Chroma Shop.
