How does Chroma Shop’s model work?
Every item is produced only after you place an order. Your design is printed, the product is finished, it passes quality control, and is then shipped—typically within 2-5 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
Because production starts quickly, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
Email us immediately with your order number—if printing hasn’t begun we’ll do our best to help.
Do you offer gift messages or gift wrapping?
Not yet, but you may ship directly to a gift recipient by entering their address at checkout (prices are never printed on the packing slip).
Where can I find size details?
Every product page includes a Size Chart with measurements in cm and inches. Compare your own measurements—don’t rely only on “S, M, L”.
What if I’m between two sizes?
We suggest choosing the larger size for comfort, especially if the garment is 100 % cotton and may shrink slightly after washing.
Are your garments unisex?
Many pieces are unisex fit (looser on women vs. traditional women’s sizing). Any item that is slim-fit or oversized is clearly noted in the description.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from the production hub closest to you whenever possible.
How long will delivery take?
After the 2-5 day production window:

Will I pay customs duties?
Orders sent outside the EU may be subject to local duties/taxes—these are paid by the recipient.
How do I track my order?
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link is sent as soon as your package leaves the facility. Tracking may need 24-48 h to activate.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Because each product is custom-made, EU “change-of-mind” returns do not apply. No returns or exchanges for style, color, or size errors.

Do I need to ship the defective item back?
Usually no. If a return is required for quality checks, we’ll email a pre-paid label.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and additional local methods listed at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes—EU prices include VAT. For non-EU customers, local taxes or duties may apply on delivery.
What happens if a price was displayed incorrectly?
We’ll contact you, cancel or correct the order, and let you decide whether to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
My tracking shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive the package.
Check if a neighbor, front desk, or pickup point accepted it. If not, email us—we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
What if my package is delayed?
Delays can occur during peak seasons or due to customs. If there are no tracking updates for several days, contact us—lost parcels are reshipped or refunded.
How should I wash printed garments?

Which laws govern my purchase?
Contracts are governed by Italian law with consumer protections applicable in your EU country of residence.

Yes. We comply with the GDPR. Personal data is used only to fulfill your order unless you opt into marketing.
How can I resolve a dispute?
Contact our support first—we resolve most issues quickly. EU consumers can also use the ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
